FOOD AND WINE HOLIDAYS

COOKERY COURSES

Getting into the food and wine roots of the Italian regions is a pleasure for both the eyes and the palate. A warm familiar atmosphere is waiting for you inside the kitchen, where the passion for cooking can be nurtured and where meeting around the stove to cook becomes a pleasure and not a duty.

At the end of this cooking experience, you will return home with deeper knowledge and better skills, a combination which will enable you to easily repeat everything that you learned.

TRUFFLES TIME

We will take you on a delicious journey through the Langhe area, along scenic roads that offer gorgeous views and beautiful landscapes, with stately castles and neatly trimmed vines – producing the precious Barolo wine –

Join an amusing truffle hunt and take the opportunity to wander in the woods, where truffles grow naturally, or head for one of the first local truffières (truffle growing farms) in Piedmont, along with snuffling dogs, a hunter’s best friend and beloved partner, to find and unearth some tasty specimens.

BAROLO, BRUNELLO OR PROSECCO?

Italy is one of those countries where the quality of food and wine is of paramount importance in every meal. When visiting the boot-shaped peninsula, any tourist should ensure to slot in at least one visit to a local winery, however small, because this is where the famed elixir of Italy is made.

We provide tours in the region’s top wine-producing areas, while offering a more leisurely, yet more in-depth wine appreciation experience and the accommodation in breathtaking surroundings.
